At XloudOne, we believe digital ownership is a human right. This Privacy Policy outlines how we protect your data while providing the high-performance, AI-driven tools of the Xloudstudio workspace.

1. The "Zero-Harvest" Commitment

Ownership: You own 100% of the code, media, and metadata generated within Xloudstudio. We do not claim any rights to your intellectual property.

No Training: XloudOne does not use your private source code, project files, or creative assets to train our foundational models or improve our internal algorithms without your explicit, opt-in consent.

Isolation: Your workspace is a secure silo. Data from one project does not leak into another, nor is it shared across the XloudOne ecosystem unless you choose to integrate them (for example, syncing a studio recording to a coding project).

2. Autonomous Agent Transparency

As an AI-native platform, we utilize autonomous agents that may plan and execute tasks in the background.

Agent Boundaries: Agents only access data within the specific directory or repository you have granted. They cannot drift into other parts of your XloudOne account.

Action Logging: To comply with 2026 AI transparency standards, we maintain a secure, immutable log of all agent actions (file edits, API calls, and resource usage). You have full access to these logs to audit agent behavior.

Kill-Switch Protocols: You retain the right to terminate any autonomous process instantly. Our system includes automated circuit breakers that halt agents if they exhibit unexpected patterns or exceed your daily credit quota.

3. Data Processing & Sub-Processors

To provide premium AI intelligence, we partner with specialized sub-processors.

Enterprise-Grade APIs: We use dedicated API endpoints from providers like Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude). Under our enterprise agreements, these providers are strictly prohibited from using your data to train their public models.

Data Transit: All data in transit is protected via TLS 1.3 encryption. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256.

4. Real-Time Collaboration & Ephemeral Data

Xloudstudio features real-time cursor syncing and live collaboration.

Ephemeral Data: Live typing states and cursor positions are processed in real-time to facilitate collaboration. This data is ephemeral. It is never written to permanent storage and is purged the moment your session ends.

Persistent Collaboration: Comments, project chats, and Commit messages are stored as part of your project history and are accessible only to authorized collaborators.

5. Your Rights & Data Portability

Access & Deletion: You can request a full export of your data (DSAR) or the permanent deletion of your account at any time.

Retention: If you delete a project, the data is purged from our active servers within 30 days. We do not shadow-store your deleted code.

California & Virginia Rights: We comply with the latest state-level AI regulations. You have the right to know the logic behind any consequential AI decision-making used to manage your account or optimize your code.
